I have 15 years’ corporate IT experience, holding internal consultancy roles responsible for identifying key issues and supporting the business to develop and improve its systems and processes.
A central focus for me has been establishing solid relationships with people in the business to understand their needs and what was holding them back.
Alongside my corporate experience, life has also taken me in the direction of exploring and training deeply in the field of energetic transformation. I now bring together my corporate background and ability to facilitate profound energetic healing to work with businesses, helping them evolve in unconventional ways.
Energetic fields need to circulate freely in order to thrive. In the context of an organisation, this health may be experienced as a company that is growing and flourishing, meeting day-to-day challenges in practical and constructive ways. Employees are content, satisfied and able to access their creative energy in support of company growth and evolution. There is an overall sense of purpose, alignment, and optimistic enthusiasm amongst staff and management. In short, the company is healthy and running it is enjoyable and invigorating.
If the energetic field is stagnant or blocked this may be experienced as poor business health. Operations are challenging and strenuous, requiring substantial effort to address conflicts and obstacles. Employees are disgruntled and restless. Staff feel overworked and underappreciated, there is a lack of synergy between departments and team members. Overall, the company lacks cohesion, alignment, and members feel frustrated, heavy and disengaged. In short, the organisation fails to thrive and running it is difficult and draining.

When addressing the energetic health of your organisation, I will customise my approach to focus on the issues you are facing. The work will happen on various levels and at varying depths depending on your specific goals. Each company is unique and together we will tailor the approach to suit your individual requirements. My work is remote, which means I can work with you regardless of your location or timezone.
I charge $250 NZD per hour for organisations, and standard sessions generally take 3 – 3.5 hours. Organisations often benefit from a course of 3 – 4 sessions, but some results can be achieved in a single session.
